Assistance will be by appointment only. Appointments will be on Wednesday afternoons from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm from Feb. 11 to April 8. Later times will be also be available February 18 and April 1 (up to 6:00 pm). To schedule an appointment, please call or stop in at the Springfield Town Library (885-3108).
