The Vermont Earth Institute educates and supports Vermonters to reduce consumption and adopt environmentally sustainable practices in their homes, workplaces and communities. The Vermont Earth Institute offers seven discussion courses in workplaces, homes and faith communities: Voluntary Simplicity, Choices for Sustainable Living, Deep Ecology, Discovering a Sense of Place, Globalization and Its Critics, Healthy Children - Healthy Planet, and Global Warming: Changing the CO2urse. The courses are 7 or 8 sessions long except for Global Warming, which is 4 sessions.
